1. \  High Interest Rate Loan

Invest with us as a loan in which we offer a 9-10% annual interest rate, dependent on terms.​ Your loan is used for property acquisition and improvement only, to facilitate the project pipeline.

2. \  Joint Venture Partnership

You supply the money, we provide the expertise and execution. Through a special purpose vehicle, we can partner to bring you financial returns on a project specific deal. 

3. \  First Charge: be the bank

Take a First Charge security on a property and provide the funds to House of SNAPS as you act like the bank. Offering 5-6% interest rate per annum as a medium term investment.
